We’ve made consolidating your super into OAMPS as easy as possible. Once you’ve found all your super funds, you’ll need to:

• Fill in a Benefit Transfer in form
• Attach 100 points of Certified Identification
• Send it back to us
• We will follow up with your other Super fund until we receive your money.
• We will send you a letter confirming that we have received your money and the amount.
